ONE CHARITY has sought out like minded fresh thinkers on charity with whom to form alliances. Below is a view of ONE CHARITY alliances in place at present. We will be increasing our alliances to ensure that you the DONOR has access to a wide spectrum of charities and that we have a good spread of representation in South Africa and the African region.
The South African National Zakáh Fund (SANZAF) is a faith-based, socio-welfare and educational organisation that strives to facilitate the empowerment of needy families through the efficient collection and effective distribution of Zakáh and other Sadaqát in a proactive and cost effective way through projects – with dignity, sincerity and a shared responsibility. The FIG Network was established in July 2010 by a group of like-minded individuals who hoped to provide relief to various communities in the Western Cape. We have seen a string of successful projects since our inception. But now we have our sights set on the next phase.
When visiting poor communities in the Western Cape it became apparent that there is so much more than can and needs to be done. Besides providing for basic needs, the FIG network would like to move towards making communities self-sufficient.
